MY25 “Close the Deal” Campaign

We are excited to launch a powerful Campaign together with KW Parts to boost your MY25 sales!
From 2025-09-01 to 2026-03-31, we will support you with one free BakFlip bed cover per car that you have an end customer order on.

Follow the steps outlined below and take part in the campaign!

Important:

The promotion applies to all MY25 Ford F-150s that you have ordered from Hedin US Motor, regardless of whether the car is in your showroom or it is an incoming car.
In order for the campaign to be valid, the cars must be retailed to the customer specified when the order is placed with KW Part. If the car is retailed to a customer other than the one stated when ordering, the cost of BakFlip will be invoiced to you in arrears.

How to Claim Campaign

1. Confirm Your KW Parts Account

   • You must have an active KW Parts account.
   • If you don’t have one, register using the THIS LINK and wait to receive your KW Customer Number.
     
     

2. Submit Your Claim by Email

   • Send to: PAC@kwparts.com
   • Subject:  F150 BakFlip Promo
   • Email must include:
     • KW Customer Number
     • VIN for each sold vehicle
     • Customer name
     • (Optional) Alternative delivery address if different from your registered dealership address
   • If you’ve sold multiple vehicles, provide the VIN and customer name for each vehicle.
     
     

3. Delivery

   • The BakFlip will be shipped free of charge (FOC) to your dealership by default.
