GM Launches Next-Generation EPC – GM Parts Connect
On July 10, 2026, General Motors launches its new Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), GM Parts Connect.
The new platform replaces the current GM Global EPC and introduces a modern, fully web-based solution with a wide range of improvements that help users work more efficiently, find parts faster and navigate the catalog with greater confidence.
Planned Downtime
To complete the transition, the current GM Global EPC will be unavailable from July 9 at 21:00 until July 10 at 06:00 CEST. During this period, please use the Catalogue GM Original Parts available on kwparts.com.
Seamless Transition of Your Account
The migration of your account to GM Parts Connect has been designed to be as smooth as possible:
- No software installation is required.
- Existing user account settings will be automatically transferred.
- Users can continue working with minimal disruption from day one.

The VIN history has been expanded from 25 to 50 stored VINs, providing quicker access to recently searched vehicles.

Clearer Parts Identification
Parts are now easier to identify through visual indicators that distinguish:

Enhanced Filtering
A new filter panel allows users to quickly narrow search results based on criteria such as:
- Position
- Classification
- Additional part attributes
This makes it easier to find the right part with fewer clicks.
Integrated Support Chat
Built-in chat support is available directly within the platform, providing quick assistance and navigation guidance whenever needed.
Improved Shopping Cart Experience
The shopping cart has been moved to the upper-right corner, creating a more familiar and user-friendly workflow.
Flexible Navigation Options
Users can now choose between multiple ways to navigate the catalog:
