Return Request Information
If you wish to return a part, please complete the return form. KW Parts will review your return request in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Before submitting your request, kindly refer to §10 of our Terms & Conditions to check which parts are eligible for return.
Once your return is approved, KW Parts will arrange the return shipping. The handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
You can find the applicable handling fees based on package dimensions listed below.
Parcel
- Max 0,2 m x 0,2 m x 0,2 m (1 kg) = 10€ / 100kr
- Max 1,2 m x 0,4 m x 0,6 m (10 kg) = 30€ / 300kr
- Max 1,8 m x 0,5 m x 0,7 m (15 kg) = 40€ / 400kr
Pallet
- Max 1,2 m x 0,8 m x 0,8 m (200 kg) = 60€ / 400kr
Customers with a delivery address within the European Union, as well as in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra and Liechtenstein, are entitled to request a return of delivered spare parts. In the event of an approved return request, we will handle the shipping and process a refund for the respective purchase value. Please note that a fixed handling fee, including the transport cost, may be deducted from the original purchase price.
Customers located outside the European Union, as well as customers within the European Union with delivery addresses in remote locations, may also request to return spare parts. In such cases, the customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost and risk of the return shipment.
All returns are subject to prior request and must be approved by KW Parts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Return Time Frame & Fees
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your parts, with the following conditions:
- 0–30 days: No return fee
- 31–60 days: 15% return fee (of the product's value)
- 61–90 days: 30% return fee (of the product's value)
The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Important Notice
Please do not send any items back without prior approval from KW Parts. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In such cases, the product may be either disposed of or returned to the sender at their expense.
