Shipping
We offer shipping services to all EU countries, as well as Norway, the UK and Switzerland.
Shipping is complimentary for orders of stocked products exceeding €100 in value. Express shipping is available upon request, with the cost displayed at checkout.
Postnord and Danx deliver to the Nordic countries, UPS and Dachser deliver to the rest of Europe.
Delivery
Our delivery partners, ensure orders are delivered to your chosen facility or location.
For items in stock delivery times are:

1-3 days for most EU countries (small-pack parcels).

3-5 days for bulky items.
For order items delivery times vary by shipment method and if the supplier has the item in stock, but in general:

Boat deliveries: approximately 60 calendar days.

Air shipments: 20 calendar days (but time may be extended when ordering bulky items by air shipment).

Air express orders: 6 working days.
Uncollected parcels
In respect of uncollected goods, we reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing.
Transport damage
If you notice any damage to the consignment upon its arrival, whether at your service point or delivered by UPS, you must report this to KW Parts without delay.
