Returns, Claims and Spare Parts Warranty

A return means that you are sending back a spare part even though it is not defective (e.g., it was ordered by mistake or is no longer needed). Only parts that meet the requirements in our return policy can be returned. The part and its packaging must be undamaged, clean, and unused.


A claim means that the part is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not match your order. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. An exception applies to hidden defects, which must be reported within 30 days of delivery. To process a claim, we require photos of the affected part, clearly showing the damage as well as all labels or markings. The same applies to the packaging.
