Delivery & Shipping

We offer delivery services to all EU countries as well as Norway, UK and Switzerland. For products labeled as "in stock" we guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed before our cut-off time of 14:30 CET. 

Standard delivery times (Stocked Items)

  • Small-pack parcels: 1-3 business days for most EU countries
  • Bulky items & dangerous goods: 3-5 business days for most countries

Available carriers for delivery from the Swedish warehouse

  • PostNord & DANX: Delivering to the Nordic countries (DANX is not applicable for end-customer deliveries)
  • UPS & Dachser: Delivering to the rest of Europe.
  • T-Frakt: Local transport within the Stockholm area only (not applicable for end-customer deliveries).

Shipping options for Order Items

For non-stocked items sourced from US you can choose your preferred shipping method:

  • Air Freight: The fastest shipping option. Additional inbound freight charges apply and are specified on the product card and in cart and checkout. Delivery time is approximately 20 calendar days.
  • Ocean Freight (Boat): Cost-effective with no inbound freight surcharges, but requires a longer delivery timeline of approximately 60 calendar days.
  • Express Freight: Ultra-fast delivery to Europe may be available for a premium fee. Contact us directly to check availability and rates.
  • Note: Oversized or hazardous materials are legally restricted to Ocean Freight.

Freight-Free Treshold

  • Free Delivery: Delivery is complimentary for orders of stocked products exceeding €120 in value. For orders under this treshold, or for non-standard shipping as express orders, the cost is displayed at the checkout.
  • Order Consolidation: Multiple regular orders placed within the same 24-hour cycle (cut-off 14:30 CET) are automatically combined to help you reach the freight-free treshold.

Uncollected Parcels

For any uncollected goods, KW Parts reserves the right to charge the customer the costs for the original delivery, return delivery, administration and invoicing costs.

Transport Damage

If you notice any damage to the consignment upon its arrival, whether at your service point or delivered by transport carrier you must report this to KW Parts without delay, read here about how to make claim
