The original variable valve timing (VVT) solenoid on certain GM and Isuzu vehicles can fail from debris, mishandling during maintenance or harsh operating conditions. This Dorman OE FIX VVT solenoid features multiple improvements, including a patented, upgraded copper core and additional oil passages to eliminate internal movement and extend service life. Patented design - this VVT solenoid features an exclusive copper core and a stronger center tube to eliminate internal movement and help ensure long service life on specified GM and Isuzu vehicles.
