Hooker BlackHeart Adapter Kit These adapters were designed to connect Hooker S10 LS engine cast iron exhaust manifolds 71223026HKR, BHS593, BHS594, and BHS595 to the Hooker 3" exhaust systems for the same application, but can also be used with the same manifolds for the basis from which to build a custom exhaust system to your own specifications. When connecting mid length headers and cast iron manifolds to our full exhaust kits, an adapter pipe is required to fill that gap between the end of the headers or manifolds and our Hooker exhaust systems (which are designed to work with long tube header systems). Hooker has created a full line of adapter tubes that fill the gap and include all hardware and gaskets for a clean and simple connection
