The new Hooker BlackHeart LS Swap Transmission Crossmembers are designed to be used with Hooker BlackHeart Engine Adapter Plates (P/N 71221011HKR) for a trouble free install. Powerglide or TH350 installation requires Transmission Adapter Bracket P/N 71222014HKR 4L60-4L70 or TKO installation requires Transmission Spacer P/N 71223012HKR
