To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our standard guidelines below before sending any items back to us.
Please note that all requests must be submitted digitally using the official form on this page. Do not return any products without prior written approval from KW Parts, as unauthorized shipments will be refused.
Form for Returns, Claim and Warranty
1. Returns Policy
If you wish to return a part, please complete the return form. Once your return is approved, KW Parts will arrange the return shipping. The handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Requirements
- Time frame: You can return your approved products within 90 days from delivery date.
- Return requirements: Items must be completely unused, undamaged, clean and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Hazardous goods, chemicals, programmable components and specially ordered no-stock items.
Return Handling Fees & Regional Rules
Within EU, UK, CH, NO, AD, LI:
KW Parts will arrange the return shipping upon approval. A fixed handling fee (including transport) will be deducted from your refund based on package dimensions:
- Parcel:
- Max 0,2 m x 0,2 m x 0,2 m (1 kg) = 10€ / £10 / 100kr
- Max 1,2 m x 0,4 m x 0,6 m (10 kg) = 30€ / £30 / 300kr
- Max 1,8 m x 0,5 m x 0,7 m (15 kg) = 40€ / £40 / 400kr
- Pallet:
- Max 1,2 m x 0,8 m x 0,8 m (200 kg) = 60€ / £60 / 400kr
Outside EU & Remote locations:
Customers located outside the European Union, or within the EU but in remote locations, are solely responsible for arranging, financing, and bearing the risk of the return shipment.
Return Time Frame Fees
In addition to transport handling fee a restocking fee based on the return window is calculated from the product´s value:
- 0-30 days: 0% fee (Full refund)
- 31-60 days: 15% return fee (of product value)
- 61-90 days: 30% return fee (of product value)
2. Claims
Submit a claim for damaged products, missing items, incorrect deliveries or invoice discrepancies.
- Time Limit: Inbound shipments must be inspected immediately. Transport damage must be reported to KW Parts within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Documentation: You must upload clear photos of the product, product label, part number, exterior package and shipping labels. Incomplete documentation will delay processing your claim.
3. Parts Warranty
Warranty claims protect you against factory defects but exclude normal wear and tear, improper installation, lack of maintenance, vehicle modifications, accidents or racing use.
- Coverage Limits: Up to 2 years or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first). For products with a limited shelf life, coverage never surpasses expiration date.
- Warranty Start Date: Begins on the date of receipt. If the assembly/repair is performed by the customer it starts from the date of assembly. KW Parts reserves the right to limit the warranty start date to up to one year from receipt.
- Required Information: VIN, installation date, odometer readings (from both original installation and failure dates), diagnostic findings and workshop repair documentation.
- Limitation of Liability: KW Parts covers the cost of repair of product replacement only. We do not compensate for auxiliary labor costs, painting, vehicle rentals, consumables or consequential damages.
- Exceptions:
- Parts installed under a new vehicle warranty are excluded.
- Authorized GM workshops may receive labor reimbursement under specific contracts
